Well, we Elkins love pizza! Ham and Pineapple pizza to be exact. Dan and I have a tradition that whenever we move into a new home, we order a Ham and pineapple thin crust pizza as our first meal in that new home. Katelyn has continued the tradition of loving this pizza, but she is fine leaving out the ham. She just wants the pineapple, and the pineapple of mine, and daddy's and...you get the picture. She loves pineapple pizza! Caroline doesn't really care what's on it, she just loves it. With that being said, we decided we were going to make our own pizzas.
I bought some dough (not quite ready to make my own yet) and english muffins and all the fixings. We all had a blast making the pizzas and even more fun eating them! Here's some pictures of the process and final results.
